Mr. Dhruva Bhagat is actively participating in the antipiracy campaign since 2008 and has successfully endeavoured his career into the present field. Mr. Bhagat had started his career while interning with reputed lawyers and law Firms such as Ramesh Gupta & Associates, Mukta Gupta, Standing Counsel (Criminal) Govt. of NCT Delhi, Delhi High Court as Anand & Anand and thereafter for a short period of time was working with Akash Chittranshi & Associates as an Associate.
The Partner thereafter endeavoured his legal practice before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India while being associated with the law Firm Amarjit & Associates of Mr. Amarjit Singh, Advocate. The Partner gained an immense knowledge and experience and had independently handled various Trademark, Copyright, Design and Patents litigation before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. The Partner had independently briefed various Senior Advocates and had assisted the Court in granting various Ad Interim and final orders in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. The Partner has represented various international and national clients in various civil and criminal litigation pertaining to infringement of Copyright, Trademarks, Designs and Patents.
The Partner has assisted the Hon’ble Court while granting various Anton Piller orders and thereafter executing the same in various cities of the country. The Partner has immense knowledge and experience while dealing with various Government authorities while executing the antipiracy campaign in India. The Partner has successfully conducted numerous antipiracy raids across the country with a special skill and knowledge in the present field. The Partner has successfully drafted, filed and obtained various search and seizure orders against unknown Firms, companies, individuals who are indulging in counterfeiting and piracy at any level. The Partner has been appointed as an Amicus Curie by the Hon’ble Courts in various matter relating to NDPS, Murder, Rape, Robbery, etc.
The Partner has also handled various civil matters for Recovery on behalf of various NBFC’S and connected matters of Section138, Negotiable Instrument Act 1881 etc. The Partner has dealt with matters pending in Debt Recovery Tribunal and its Appellate Board on behalf of borrowers, Guarantors etc. The Partner is Impaneled lawyer with in North Municipal Corporation Delhi, State Bank of India, BSES. The Partner has now an experience of ten years at the bar and is actively involved in various other fields of law including criminal, civil and administrative laws. The Partner has special skill and vast experience regarding handling matters relating to cybercrime/cyber frauds/Hacking, counterfeiting using online portal.
That the Partner has been inducted in the panel of Delhi police as Legal Consultant and is currently looking after subdivision Lajpat Nagar where in 3 police stations are assigning regular work to the Partner for their consultancy. The Partner has also recently been inducted in prestigious panel of Delhi High Court legal service committee (DHCLSC) Criminal panel-I and Union of India (Delhi High Court). That the partner was appointed as Sole Arbitrator in a commercial recovery claim by the Hon’ble High court of Delhi under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre D.I.A.C.
Mrs. Ashna Bhagat actively associated with antipiracy campaign since 2011 and has an immense knowledge and experience in the field of intellectual property rights, its prosecution, litigation and its administrative side. Mrs. Bhagat has been involved in solving the complex questions of law and fact relating to “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2013” {POSH Act}. Mrs. Bhagat has independently handled various international and national clients involving various complex questions of law is in fact before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Mrs. Bhagat had started her career while interning with reputed lawyers and law Firms such as Ms. Niranjana Singh, Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India, Indian Social Institute, Dhir & Dhir Associates. Mrs. Bhagat has worked on the matters related to sick industries under SICA, debt recovery matters both under RDDB&FI Act and SARFAESI Act, company law matters and other civil matters. Mrs. Bhagat thereafter endeavored her legal practice before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India while being associated with the law Firm Amarjit & Associates of Mr. Amarjit Singh. Mrs. Bhagat gained an immense knowledge and experience and had independently handled various Trademark, Copyright, Design and Patents litigation before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Mrs. Bhagat thereafter endeavored her legal practice with Kanth & Associates wherein she represented all the Municipal Corporation of Delhi’s (SDMC, EDMC, NDMC) and New Delhi Municipal Corporation for matters pending in Supreme Court, High Court (Original side, Writ Petitions Etc.), various District Courts and Tribunals such as ATMCD, CAT, MTT Etc. Mrs. Bhagat has independently briefed various senior advocates for various contagious matter involving litigation in various civil and criminal litigation. Mrs. Bhagat is actively working and has an immense experience in the prosecution department of the Trademark and Copyright registry in India.
Mrs. Bhagat is well-versed with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and possesses a sound understanding of the legal and procedural framework governing the prevention and redressal of sexual harassment at the workplace. She has been actively associated with the implementation of the said Act and has served as a member of various Internal Committees and other institutional bodies constituted for addressing complaints and ensuring compliance with the statutory mandate. Her experience in dealing with such matters enables her to effectively contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace environment. Mrs. Bhagat has written various articles and various other publishing materials in the field of intellectual property rights. Mrs. Bhagat has now an experience of 16 years at the bar and is currently pursuing her practice in other fields of law as well such as civil, corporate, commercial laws.
Ms Ashna Bhagat is handling all the labour disputes of various corporate organisation before the labour court and Labour Commissioner located in New Delhi. Ms. Ashna Bhagat is an empanelled member of the Internal Committee (IC) constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) for various corporate entities. In this capacity, she assists organizations in ensuring statutory compliance, conducting impartial inquiries into workplace harassment complaints, advising on POSH policies and procedures, and promoting safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace environments.
